The PAA SF 2017 HOTEL UPDATES: We have reached and even exceeded our Hotel Room Block at the discounted price of $179.00.    But don't fret, we have options for you.  First, keep checking our Hyatt Convention site (cancellations are expected) https://aws.passkey.com/e/16419510 because rates and rooms may be added if available.  If that doesn't work or the hotel rooms don't open up, we suggest going to the Hyatt webpage at www.hyatt.com and book their standard rates (sometimes they start as low as $199.00 with a AAA discount or other related discount).  Prices fluctuate on a daily basis at the hotel based on demand.

The convention hotel is the beautiful Hyatt Regency Embarcadero, located in the heart of SF.  You will be able to make reservations starting on Monday, February 6.  The rates are $179.00 a night plus tax (double/double rooms) and that includes free wifi in the guest rooms.  PLEASE NOTE:  there is very, very limited availability right now for rooms at the $179.00 rate.  Once we meet our block commitment, the price will go up.  

PLEASE ONLY BOOK THE ROOMS THAT YOU WILL USE.   NEW Cancelation policy: You can cancel your reservation before May 28th at any time without any penalties. After this date your reservation will be considered guaranteed and subject to a cancellation fee equal to 1 night’s room and taxes.  Changes to your reservation can be made up to the day of arrival based on hotel’s availability. You can book your room during the online registration process (at the end of the process it will ask you if you want to book your room) or you can call 1-800-233-1234 and make sure to use our code:  PAA2017.

Transportation options Parking Information for the Hyatt Regency Embarcadero:

PARKING UPDATE:  We have just confirmed that we will have parking available to guests at the Embarcadero 3 parking garage, just across the street from the hotelfor $34.00 per night!  That is a great rate for SF.  They are also offering all day parking starting before 9:00 a.m. on Friday and Mondays for $18.00.  Finally, if you're only attending the Grand Banquet or coming to the hotel after 4:00 p.m. until Midnight, we will be offering $10.00 parking validation at Embarcadero 3 (enter on Drumm Street).  Validation tickets for the Grand Banquet will be given out when you pick up your tickets that night.

Transportation to the Hotel from Airport:  There are a couple ways for you to travel into San Francisco from the airport.  We have Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) that runs from the airport to the Hyatt Regency (Embarcadero exit).  It's $19.50 round trip.  Or you can grab an uber from the airport or a Taxi.  You also try to arrange a car service or take Super Shuttle (arrangements need to me made in advance).  The hotel is less than 15 miles from the airport.  What we DON'T suggest is renting a car.  Overnight parking at the hotel is quite expensive.  But you won't need a car for the week.  We will get you everywhere you need to get and the Cable Car is right outside the Hyatt door too.
